Edukace a aktivizace seniorů v zařízení sociálních služeb

Abstract

(česky) Tato práce se věnuje výběru edukačních možností seniorů s akcentem na klienty sociálních zařízení, kde ne vždy bývá dostatek erudovaných pracovníků, kteří by byli schopni a ochotni připravovat aktivizační programy dle nejniternějších potřeb ubytovaných seniorů. Kvalitu života dožívajícího a mnohdy těžce nemocného seniora je možné prostřednictvím vhodně zvolených aktivit udržet nebo alespoň zpomalit její pokles tak, aby do poslední chvíle cítil, že jeho život má smysl. V Teoretické části práce je pozornost věnována hlavnímu teoretickému rámci vzdělávání seniorů - gerontagogice a z ní vycházejícím formám vzdělávání seniorů. Jednak se jedná o aktivity blízké akademickému prostředí - akademie třetího věku a jim podobné a jednak o širokou škálu aktivizačních technik, z nichž je největší prostor dán reminiscenční terapii. Zjednodušeně je možné říci, že tyto dvě skupiny edukačních aktivit tvoří jakési pomyslné hraniční body ve vzdělávání seniorů - akademie třetího věku a jim podobné pro samostatné, soběstačné, dostatečně motivované a vitální seniory, zatímco druhá skupina je spíše zacílena na klienty sociálních zařízení, kteří trpí řadou omezení např. zdravotního rázu, chybí jim motivace a ztrácejí smysl života. (in English): This work deals with the selection of educational opportunities for seniors with an emphasis on clients of social facilities, where there are not always enough erudite workers who would be able and willing to prepare activation programs according to the most internal needs of accommodated seniors. The quality of life of a surviving and often seriously ill senior can be maintained or at least slowed down by means of appropriately selected activities so that he feels that his life has meaning until the last moment. In the theoretical part of the work, attention is paid to the main theoretical framework of senior education - gerontagogy and the resulting forms of senior education. On the one hand, these are activities close to the academic environment - academies of the third age and similar, and on the other hand, there is a wide range of activation techniques, of which the greatest scope is given to reminiscence therapy.
