Abstract

Název práce: Rehabilitace a následná sportovní příprava u aktivních sportovců po artroskopické rekonstrukci předního zkříženého vazu Title of thesis: Rehabilitation and folowing sport preparation after LCA arthroscopic reconstruction surgery by active athletes. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je na základě nejnovějších pomatků medicíny, fyzioterapie a sportovního tréninku popsat strukturu rehabilitace a přípravy sportovce po artroskopicky asistovaných operacích předního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu.a sestavit na základě těchto pomatků metodiku, zahrnující proces od zahájení ambulantní rehabilitace po přechod k plné sportovní zátěži.Tato metodika bude demonstrována na výběru cvičení pomocí fotodokumentace. Metoda: Evaluace neboli hodnocení efektivity probíhajícího rehabilitačního programu v rehabilitační péči po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. Výsledky: Výsledky prokazují kladný přínos pro rehabilitaci a následnou sportovní přípravu u aktivních sportovců i vzhledem k relativně nízkému počtu probandů zařazeného do navrženého programu Ze 150 pacientů po traumatech kolene, kteří v daném období navštěvovali rehabilitaci, bylo z výzkumu vyřazeno 88 z důvodu předčasného ukončení léčby..
