Klima třídy a humor učitele

Abstract

This thesis serves as an overview of information from Czech and international literary sources touching on the topics of teacher humor and classroom climate. Its purpose is to bring understanding of the relationship of classroom climate to the academic, behavioral and emotional sides of learners in classrooms. It describes how classroom climate is created and who participates in its creation. It puts forward teacher as the main creator of classroom climate and it attempts to capture what said climate brings to the teachers themselves. This work also introduces the phenomenon of humor within a psychological framework. The description of teacher humor is based on available, predominantly international, literature. The focus is on the advantages and shortcomings of using humor for teachers themselves, as well as for their learners. The research proposal endeavors to understand the relationship between classroom climate and teacher humor. Its aim is also to chart classroom climate and name the types of humor used by teachers in their classrooms. Additionally, the question is raised about the difference of opinion on teacher humor of teachers and learners. Keywords Classroom climate, climate creator, teacher humor, class teacher

Tato bakalářská práce přináší přehled poznatků ze zahraniční i české literatury týkající se témat humoru učitele a třídního klimatu. Snaží se porozumět vztahu mezi klimatem třídy a akademickou, behaviorální i emoční stránkou žáků ve třídě. Popisuje, jak klima třídy vzniká a kdo jsou jeho tvůrci. Do popředí staví zejména učitele jakožto hlavního tvůrce třídního klimatu a snaží se zachytit, co dané klima třídy přináší i pro samotné učitele. Také představuje fenomén humoru v rámci psychologických souvislostí. Humor učitele je představen na základě dostupné, zejména zahraniční literatury. Pozornost je zaměřena na to, jaké přínosy či dopady má používání humoru pro samotné učitele ale i pro žáky daných tříd. Návrh výzkumu se snaží porozumět vztahu mezi klimatem školní třídy a humorem učitele. Snaží se mimo jiné zmapovat, jaké je klima tříd a jaké druhy humoru učitele jsou ve třídách používány.
