Vertigo Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tématem bakalářské práce je fyzioterapie u pacientů s cervikokraniální vegetativní symptomatologií s podtitulem vertigo. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část stručně popisuje základní anatomické struktury sdružené s oblastí krční páteře, problematiku cervikokraniálního syndromu a problematiku vertiga. Cílem teoretické části práce byl terminologický popis a podpora všeobecného povědomí o dané problematice. Praktická část je složena ze tří kazuistik. Vybraní pacienti mají diagnostikován cervikokraniální syndrom spolu s vertigem. Sběr dat proběhl v ambulanci neurologie, chiropraxe a akupunktury v Neratovicích. Každý pacient podstoupil celkem pět terapeutických jednotek. V rámci terapie bylo zařazeno aktivní dodržování cvičebně- relaxační jednotky v domácím prostředí. Cílem praktické části bylo účinné zmírnění objektivního nálezu a subjektivních obtíží pacienta. Vertigo Abstract: The topic of this Bachelor's thesis is physiotherapy in patients with cervico-cranial vegetative symptomatology, specifically focusing on vertigo. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part briefly describes the basic anatomical structures associated with the cervical spine area, cervico-cranial syndrome and vertigo. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis was to describe the relevant terminology and to promote general awareness regarding the issue. The practical part consists of three cases. Selected patients were diagnosed with cervico- cranial syndrome and vertigo. Data was collected in outpatients' department of neurology, chiropraxy and acupuncture in Neratovice. Each patient underwent a total of five therapeutic sessions. The scope of the therapy included home exercise and relaxation procedures.
