Abstract

The Specifics of Interrogation of the Elderly Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the specifics of interrogation of elderly. The thesis analyzes the general theory of interrogation, specifics of interrogation of elderly and requirements placed on interrogators in this kind of interrogation and with the help of members of the Police of the Czech Republic through semi-structured interview and questionnaire gives an insight to the interrogation of elderly in practice. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the specifics of the interrogation of elderly and to verify what the actual interrogation practice is and if theoretical recommendations and guidelines for conducting the interrogation of the elderly are followed. The first part of the thesis deals with the general theory of interrogation and its characteristics from the perspective of criminal law, criminalistics and forensic psychology. The second part of the thesis deals with the old age, aging process and above all the changes that occur as a result of old age and with which the interrogator may encounter during the interrogation. Zvláštnosti výslechu přestárlých osob Abstrakt Diplomová práce pojednává o zvláštnostech výslechu přestárlých osob. Práce analyzuje obecnou teorii výslechu, zvláštnosti výslechu přestárlých osob a požadavky a nároky, které jsou při tomto druhu výslechu kladeny na vyslýchající osoby a za pomoci příslušníků Policie ČR prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření přináší náhled do provádění výslechů přestárlých osob v praxi. Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl analyzovat zvláštnosti výslechu přestárlých osob a ověřit, jaká je skutečná výslechová praxe a do jaké míry jsou teoretická doporučení a poučky pro vedení výslechu přestárlých osob v praxi opravdu dodržovány. První část diplomové práce se zabývá obecnou teorii výslechu a jeho charakteristikou z pohledu trestního práva, kriminalistiky a forenzní psychologie. Druhá část práce se věnuje stáří, procesu stárnutí a především změnám, ke kterým v důsledku stáří dochází a se kterými se vyslýchající osoby mohou při výslechu přestárlé osoby setkat.
