Vietnamské mládežnické komunitní spolky působící v Praze

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vietnamskými mládežnickými spolky působícími v Praze. Cílem práce konkrétně je deskripce těchto organizací a zjištění důvodu, kvůli kterému v nich lidé pasivně participují. Motivace k participaci je zkoumána prostřednictvím hloubkových osobních rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty. Bylo zjištěno, že nejvíce participanty motivuje budování nových a utužení stávajících sociálních vztahů a také získání nových znalostí a dovedností. Do motivace taktéž významně zasahuje národnostní faktor, tedy to, že participanti těchto organizací jsou až na výjimky lidé vietnamské národnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with the Vietnamese youth organizations which are based in Prague. The specific aim of the thesis is to describe these organizations and to identify the reason why people participate in them passively. The motivation for participation is examined through in- depth personal interviews with selected respondents. It is found that building the new social relationships and strengthening the existing ones as well as acquiring new knowledge and skills are the most motivating factors. One of the next motivations is also significantly influenced by the national factor, which means that the participants of these organizations are, with some exceptions, Vietnamese nationals.
