Abstract

1 Legal Regulation of the Wild Fauna Abstract The aim of this thesis was to map and explain the differences between extensive terminology and legislation in terms of developmentin the past and present. Attentionwas also focused on a historical excursion to the protection of animals in the Czech lands and its development to the present. More specifically, I focused on the category of birds, fish and mammals. Legal regulation of the wild faunadoes not only encompass legislative definitions, historical aspects, but is also an integral part of biodiversity, which is closely linked to this topic . As the environment does not end beyond the borders of our country, this issue must also be given due attention at international level in the light of the effective international conventions. In the first chapter, I consider the inconsistency of terminology in sections of the legal order and categorizing the understandingof the terms (fauna, animal,game) and clarity for its addressees. This means, from an animal perspective, public and private law.. In the second chapter, I focused on the protection of animals in terms of history and legal documents. Právní úprava ochrany živočišstva Cílem této dipl mové práce bylo zmapovat a vysvětlit rozdíly mezi rozsáhlým pojmoslovím a legislativou z vývoje minulosti a současnosti. Pozornost byla zaměřena také na his ický exkurz na ochranu zvířat českých zemích a její vývoj do současnosti. Konkrétněji jsem se zaměřil na kategorii ptáků, ryb a savců. Právní úprava ochrany živočišstva nezahrnuje pouze legislativní vymezení pojmů, historické hledisko, ale nedílnou součástí je také oblast biologické rozmanitosti, která s tímto tématem je blízce propojena. Jelikož životní prostředí nekončí za hranicemi našeho státu, tak musí být této blematice věnována patřičná pozornost také na mezinárodní úrovni z hlediska platných mezinárodních úmluv. první kapitole se nejprve zamýšlím nad nejednotností pojmosloví v částech právního řádu a kategorizování chápání pojmů (zvíře, živočich, zvěř) a srozumitelností pro jeho adresáty. Tím myšleno z hlediska zvířete v právu veřejném a soukromém. druhé kapitole jsem se zaměřil na ochranu živočichů z a právních dokumentů. Již v né historii lidského rodu začal člověk ovlivňovat své okolí, ať už lovem nebo sběrem. Postupem času s rostoucí lidskou populací začal měnit svůj způsob života a přešel usedlejšímu způsobu obděláváním půdy. V důsledku rozrůstání lidské populace se zároveň zvýšila míra změn...
