BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno, příjmení: Barbora Hlavatá Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Karla Kotková Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Profil ergoterapie u klientů se získaným poškozením mozku v neziskovém sektoru rehabilitace: Analýza faktorů ovlivňujících výsledky terapie Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o onemocněních patřících pod pojem získané poškození mozku a jejich klinické důsledky. Dále je popsán systém rehabilitace této cílové skupiny a postavení nestátních neziskových organizací v tomto systému. Práce poskytuje přehled možností ergoterapeutické intervence ve čtvrté a páté fázi rehabilitace. Praktická část je pilotní studie, kde je hlavní výzkumná otázka: ,,Jaké faktory ovlivňují úspěšnost ergoterapie v neziskové organizaci u klientů po poškození mozku?" Cílem je tedy najít faktory, které by mohly ovlivňovat úspěšnost rehabilitační intervence v konkrétní organizaci. Použitá metoda je zkoumání dokumentů. Dalším cílem praktické části je zmapovat situaci poskytování rehabilitace v neziskových organizacích v České republice. Jako pozitivní prediktivní faktor úspěšnosti bylo určeno ženské pohlaví, vysokoškolské vzdělání a motivace. Nejúspěšnější klienti byli ve věkové skupině 46 až 55 let. Negativní...

The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge regarding diseases belonging to the concept of acquired brain injuries and their clinical consequences. In addition, the system of rehabilitation of this target group and the status of non-governmental non-profit organizations in this system are described. The thesis provides an overview of the possibilities of occupational therapy intervention in the fourth and fifth phases of rehabilitation. The practical part of the thesis is a pilot study focusing on the following research question: "Which factors affect the success of occupational therapy in clients after brain injury?".
