Možnosti pracovního uplatnění těžce sluchově postižených občanů v České republice

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi pracovního uplatnění osob s těžkým sluchovým postižením. Obecně platí, že osoby s jakýmkoli zdravotním postižením mají podmínky uplatnění na trhu práce podstatně ztížené. Osoby se sluchovým postižením mají tyto podmínky ztížené nejen díky jinému způsobu komunikace, ale i jinému přístupu majoritní společnosti k nim, systému vzdělávání a v neposlední řadě jsou to osobnostní předpoklady každého jedince se sluchovým postižením při kompenzaci jeho důsledků.

The aim of this thesis is to consider all the possibilities of job opportunities for people with severe hearing impairment. Handicapped people have in general difficult conditions to find a job. People with severe hearing impairment have these conditions even more difficult not only because of their different way of communication, but also because of a different way of approaching them, their accession to education and their personal characteristics typical for deaf people.
