Salašnictví v Beskydech se zvláštním zřetelem na oblast Frýdecko-Místecka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na historii a vývoj salašnictví v oblasti Moravskoslezských Beskyd. Hlavní pozornost je věnována lokaci jednotlivých doposud neurčených salaší v daném regionu, a to konkrétně v oblasti hory Ondřejník v okrese Frýdek-Místek a na územním celku Moravskoslezských Beskyd, počínaje na východě územím Frenštátským a západním Jablůnkovskem konče. Cílem je určit přesné mapové souřadnice nejen salaší, ale i bývalých kolib. Pozornost je věnována také salašnickým stavbám, způsobu hospodaření, vybavení salaší, produktům ze salaší a také salašnickému folklóru. The bachelor thesis focuses on the history and development of shepherd's huts in the area of the Beskydy Mountains. The main attention is paid to localizing of the particular, previously unidentified shepherd's huts in the region and specifically in the area of the Ondrejnik Peak in the district of Frydek - Mistek and the territorial unit of the Moravian- Silesian Beskydy Mountains, starting with the surroundings of Frenstat in the east and ending up with the surroundings of Jablunkov in the west. The aim was to determine the exact geographic coordinates not only of the shepherd's huts, but also of the former hovels. Further attention is also paid to buildings of shepherd's hut type, way of running the households, farming, shepherd's hut furnishing, products from shepherd's huts and shepherd's huts folklore.
