Uměli naši předkové chránit duševní vlastnictví

Abstract

Česká kotlina byla průmyslovým srdcem Evropy již od dob počátků její industrializace. Cílem této bakalářské práce je dokázat, že naši předkové uměli nejen výrobek vymyslet a zdokonalit, ale také své nápady ochránit patentovým právem. V první části práce byl pomocí studia historických pramenů prozkoumán vývoj patentové ochrany v 18., 19. a 20. století. V druhé části práce je popsáno, jak chránila své vynálezy firma Ringhoffer, zejména v oblasti automobilové výroby. Kromě kvantitativních údajů o registrovaných patentech jsou zde uvedeny poznatky o aplikaci interní ochrany know-how a patentové ochrany konkrétních konstrukčních prvků. Na základě vlastního průzkumu v archivech je zde rekonstruován vývoj jednoho ze soudních sporů o patentová práva. Výsledkem zkoumání je potvrzení hypotézy, že naši předkové byli schopni svá duševní práva účinně chránit a bránit. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The Czech territory has been the industrial heart of Europe since the beginning of its industrialization. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prove that our ancestors were able not only to invent and improve the product, but also protect their ideas through patent law. In the first part of the thesis was explored the development of the patent protection during the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. The second part describes how the Ringhoffer Company protected their inventions, especially in the automotive industry. Besides the quantitative data about the registered patents there are mentioned an internal protection of the know- how and patent protection of a specific structural parts. Based on my own archive research there is reconstructed course of chosen patent litigation.
