Chronické somatické onemocnění v dospívání

Abstract

Cílem této práce je představit problematiku chronických somatických onemocnění v období adolescence. Velká část prostoru je věnována vývojově psychologickému hledisku. Popisováno je prožívání dopadů onemocnění na oblast nejbližších vztahů adolescenta na jeho potřebu být normální. Popsány jsou i projevy těchto dopadů na prožívání rodinných vztahů. Přiblížena je i otázka dodržování léčebného režimu a vztahu dospívajícího ke zdravotnickému personálu. Prostor je věnován i vlivu chronického somatického onemocnění na adolescentův školní výkon, pobyt ve škole mezi vrstevníky a vztahu dospívajícího k budoucnosti. Nastíněny jsou i možnosti psychosociální intervence orientované na adolescenta a rodinný systém. Návrh výzkumu je věnován zjišťování vztahů mezi konceptem kvality života u dospívajících trpících psoriázou a jejich věkem, pohlavím a některými aspekty sociálního a behaviorálního fungování. The aim of this work is to introduce the problematic of chronic somatic illness in adolescence. In some parts the ontogenetical approach is used. We describe the experience of the impacts of the illness in the area of closest relationship of the adolescent and his need to be seen as normal. The influence on family relationships is also described. So is the question of adherence and the relationship between the adolescent and health-staff. We describe also the influence on school performance and peers relationships. Attitudes of the adolescent to the future are also a topic of this work. Chapter seven describes possible psychosocial interventions for the adolescent and the family systém. The research proposal is aimed to find relationships between the HRQOL of adolescents suffering from psoriasis and their age, sex and some aspects of social and behavioral functioning.
