Význam sociální složky v hospicové péči

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá významem sociální složky v hospicové péči. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda a jakým způsobem je tato složka realizována v hospicích, které jsou kombinací zdravotnické ošetřovatelské a sociální péče. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o hospicové péči, popisuje pět základních aspektů hospicové péče a podrobněji se zabývá sociálními aspekty. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníků, jejichž smyslem bylo zjistit, jak zdravotní sestry a ostatní pracovníci (psycholog, duchovní, sociální pracovnice) komunikují s pacienty, co je obsahem komunikace a co je problémové. Po celkovém zhodnocení výsledků průzkumu je možno konstatovat, že sociální složka tvoří významnou roli v hospicové péči pro pacienty i pro zdravotní sestry, které o ně pečují a snaží se o její realizaci a zlepšení. The dissertation covers the importance of the social part in hospice care. The main task was to find out if, and in which way, this social part in hospice care is realized, because hospice care is a combination of both health staff service and social service. The theoretical part of the thesis provides information about hospice care and describes five of its basic characteristics. Moreover it elaborates in more detail on its social aspects. The empirical part contains the evaluation of the questionnaires, that were designed to find out if the staff nursing and other workers like the pychologist, pastor, volunteer or welfare worker communicate with the patients. It investigates what is the most difficult problem in this communication, how much time they are talking to each other, and also what is the topic of their conversation. After a final evaluation of the results, it is possible to state that the social part in hospice care is very important. Not only for patients, but also for the health service.
