Sociálně aktivizační služby a práce soc.pracovníka v České unii neslyšících, oblastní organizace Prahy

Abstract

This undergraduate thesis examines an organization for the deaf, its services and the various roles of its employees. The theoretical section is a compilation of the writing of various authors regarding social work and the problem of hearing impairment. The initial chapter introduces the reader into the terminology regarding people with hearing impairments, their communication and culture. The second chapter is focused on the role of the social worker within and organization, and the process of social work with the impaired and the elderly. The third chapter analytically examines the Czech Union of the Deaf, the regional organization in Prague. It concisely introduces its history and its present operations. The emphasis is put on the services it provides and the scope within which its social workers operate. The final chapter introduces the results of an original quantitative survey, which was executed as a part of this thesis. The assumptions on which the research was founded are examined and an analysis of the data obtained through questionnaires is presented, including informative graphs and charts. Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na organizaci pro sluchově postižené, její služby a pracovníky. Teoretická část představuje syntézu dosavadních relevantních poznatků z oblasti problematiky neslyšících a sociální práce. První kapitola se zabývá základním členěním lidí se sluchovým postižením, komunikací a kulturou neslyšících. Druhá kapitola se věnuje sociální práci, pojmu sociálního pracovníka, sociální práci s postiženými lidmi a sociální práci se seniory. Ve třetí kapitole je představena analýza České unie neslyšících, oblastní organizace Praha. Tato kapitola stručně pojednává o její historii a současném fungování, klíčových kompetencích a službách a nakonec také o roli sociálního pracovníka v jejím rámci. Závěrečná kapitola shrnuje metodologii a výsledky originálního kvantitativního výzkumu provedeného formou dotazníkového šetření. V této kapitole jsou představeny výzkumné předpoklady a jsou zde vyhodnocena získaná data, a to i v tabulkách a grafech. Výzkum poukázal, že konkrétně tato služba je potřebná a je také kvalitní. Výsledky výzkumu byly všechny pozitivní a je konstatování hodné, že služba pomáhá mnoha lidem. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
