Návrh systému dalšího vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků v přímém kontaktu se seniory v domovech pro seniory

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dalšího vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků, kteří pracují v domovech pro seniory v přímé péči s touto cílovou skupinou. Cílem práce je na základě výsledků vyplývajících z rozhovorů a dotazníků vytvořit návrh obsahu dalšího vzdělávání pro tuto specifickou skupinu sociálních pracovníků tak, aby byly akceptovány jejich skutečné potřeby. Práce má část teoretickou a část praktickou. Obsahem teoretické části je seznámení s nejčastěji využívanými teoriemi při sociální práci se seniory v zařízeních sociálních služeb, okrajově popisuje systém sociálních služeb pro seniory v ČR včetně role sociálních pracovníků v něm a význam vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků. Praktická část prezentuje metody a výsledky analýzy dat výzkumu a návrh obsahu dalšího vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků.

This thesis deals with the issue of the further education of social workers who work in homes for the elderly in direct care with this target group. The aim of the work which is based on the results arising from the interviews and questionnaire is to design the content of further training for this specific group of social workers so that their real needs would be accepted. The work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The content of the theoretical part is familiarising with the most commonly used theories in social work with the elderly in the facilities of social services, marginally, it is describing the social service system for the elderly in the Czech Republic, including the role of social workers in it and the importance of the training of social workers. The practical part presents the methods and results of the data analysis, research and the design of the content of continuing education of social workers.
