BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno: Klára Pukovcová Vedoucí práce: Bc.Tereza Svobodová Oponent práce: ………………….………………….… Název práce: Možnosti ergoterapie u pacientů se syndromem bolestivého ramene ABSTRAKT: Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu bolestivého ramene a na možnosti jejího ovlivnění v rámci ergoterapie. Slouží jako shrnutí možné ergoterapeutické intervence u pacientů se syndromem bolestivého ramene. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvoření postupu terapie, kterou může poskytovat ergoterapeut jakožto součást multidisciplinárního týmu. Teoretická část zahrnuje anatomické a kineziologické poznatky, příčiny, projevy, vyšetření a možnosti léčby syndromu bolestivého ramene. Hlavní část seznamuje s možnými postupy terapie v rámci ergoterapeutické intervence a přináší nový pohled z hlediska rehabilitace tohoto onemocnění, protože na něj bylo doposud nahlíženo především z pohledu fyzioterapie, bez které se léčba bolestivého ramene neobejde. Praktická část obsahuje dvě kazuistiky dospělých pacientů se syndromem bolestivého ramene, které ukazují průběh terapií u konkrétních pacientů. U pacientů byly použity ergoterapeutické postupy, o kterých pojednává teoretická část práce a které navazují na intervenci fyzioterapeuta a usnadňují pacientův návrat do běžného denního života. This following thesis is focused on painful shoulder syndrome and possible treatments through occupational therapy. It serves as a summary of possible occupational therapy interventions for patients with painful shoulder syndrome. The main aim was to create a treatment method that occupational therapist can provide as part of a multidisciplinary team. The theoretical part includes anatomy and insights into kinesiology, causes, symptoms, testing and treatment options for painful shoulder syndrome. The main part of the thesis introduces potential treatment procedures which can be performed through the intervention of occupational therapy and brings a new perspective in terms of rehabilitation of the disease, since it was previously primarily viewed from a physiotherapists perspective, which is essential for the treatment of painful shoulder syndrome. The practical part contains two case studies performed on adult patients who suffered with painful shoulder syndrome, both show the course of therapy in individual patients. Occupational therapy methods were practiced on patients and are dealt with in the theoretical part of the work.
