Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s cervikokapitální endoprotézou ramenního kloubu

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s cervikokapitální endoprotézou ramenního kloubu Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je seznámení a shrnutí teoretických i praktických poznatků o cervikokapitální endoprotéze ramenního kloubu a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta na danou diagnózu. Metody: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, části obecné a speciální. Obecná část zahrnuje poznatky vztahující se k tématu cervikokapitální endoprotéza ramenního kloubu, proximální fraktura humeru a terapeutické metody u této diagnostiky se zaměřením na fyzioterapii. Část speciální zahrnuje kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou cervikokapitální endoprotéza ramenního kloubu, obsahuje komplexní kineziologické vyšetření, terapie a závěrečné zhodnocení efektu terapií. Výsledky: Kazuistika byla zpracována v období dvou týdnů v lednu 2017 v MediCentrum Praha a prokázala efekt aplikované fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacienta s diagnózou cervikokapitální endoprotéza ramenního kloubu především v oblasti operovaného ramenního kloubu. Zde došlo ke zvýšení rozsahu aktivního i pasivního pohybu a ke zlepšení svalové síly zejména do flexe a abdukce. Klíčová slova: fraktura, ramenní kloub, cervikokapitální endoprotéza, fyzioterapie

Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Cervicocapital Endoprosthesis of the Shoulder Joint Objectives: The aim of this thesis is an introduction and a summary of theoretical and practical knowledge about the cervicocapital shoulder replacement and a case study of patient with such a diagnosis. Methods: The thesis consists of two parts, the general and the special part. The general part includes knowledge related to the topic cervicocapital endoprosthesis of the shoulder joint, proximal humerus fracture and therapeutic methods of this issue, focusing on physiotherapy. The special part includes the case of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of cervicocapital shoulder replacement, contains complex kinesiological examination, therapy and final evaluation of the effect of therapies. Results: The case study was processed in two weeks in January 2017 in Medicentrum Praha and it has proved the effect of applied physiotherapeutic intervention on a patient with the diagnosis of cervicocapital endoprosthesis of the shoulder joint, especially in the area of the operated shoulder joint.
