Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po osteosyntéze fraktury talokrurálního kloubu

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po osteosyntéze fraktury talokrurálního kloubu. Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je získání teoretických poznatků týkajících se problematiky anatomie, kineziologie a traumatologie talokrurálního kloubu. Dále také shrnutí fyzioterapeutických postupů užívaných u této problematiky a následné vypracování kazuistiky u vybrané pacientky s touto diagnózou v průběhu souvislé odborné praxe. Metody: Tato práce byla zpracována na základě souvislé odborné praxe od 18. 1. do 12. 2. 2016 na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky v Praze. Práce obsahuje obecnou a speciální část. První, obecná část, byla vypracována na podkladě odborné literatury a zaměřuje se na shrnutí důležitých informací a poznatků z oblasti anatomie, kineziologie, traumatologie, léčebných metod a základních fyzioterapeutických postupů, které se využívají v rámci rehabilitace po fraktuře talokrurálního kloubu. Druhá, speciální část, popisuje kazuistiku pacientky s touto diagnózou. Zahrnuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu, provedení a průběh terapie, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a především zhodnocení fyzioterapeutické léčby. Title: Case Report of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Osteosynthesis of the Talocrural Joint Fracture Aims: The main aim of this thesis is to acquire theoretical knowledge concerning anatomy, kinesiology and traumatology of the ankle joint. Another aim is to make the summary of physiotherapy techniques used in this field and the subsequent elaboration of the case report of a selected patient with this diagnosis during my continuous practical training. Methods: This thesis is based on my continuous practical training from 18 January, till 12 February, 2016 in the Rehabilitation Clinic Malvazinky in Prague. The thesis consists of the general and special part. The first, general part was written on the basis of the specialized literature and is focused on summarizing important information and knowledge in the field of anatomy, kinesiology, traumatology, therapeutic methods and essential physiotherapy techniques which are used during the rehabilitation after the talocrural joint fracture.
