Porod císařským řezem na přání - ano či ne

Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je "porod císařským řez na přání". Zabývá se zájmem žen o provedení císařského řezu na vlastní žádost rodičky a důvody, které je k jejich rozhodnutí vedou. Práce je složena z části teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části se práce zabývá historií porodnictví, císařským řezem, dále pak indikací k císařskému řezu, možnými metodami, anestezií, případnými komplikacemi a spontánním porodem. Empirická část, realizovaná kvantitativním výzkumem, zjišťuje pomocí dotazníkového šetření, zda ženy mají zájem o provedení císařského řezu na přání a zjišťuje důvody, které je vedou k tomuto rozhodnutí. Dále práce odpovídá na otázku, zda mají ženy zájem o volbu možnosti anestezie a jaký typ anestezie by zvolily. Celkový počet zúčastněných respondentek je 82, jejich výběr byl zcela náhodný. Výzkum byl proveden v lednu 2014. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že zájem o císařský řez na vlastní žádost má pouze 37,80 % dotazovaných. Nejčastějším důvodem pro tuto volbu je strach o dítě, dále strach z bolesti a špatné zkušenosti z předchozího porodu. Zájem o volbu možnosti anestezie mělo 30 dotázaných žen z 31 respondentek, které jsou pro možnost císařského řezu na vlastní přání. Částečnou anestezii by volilo 24 žen a celkovou anestezii pouze 7 respondentek. Výsledky jsou zpracovány pomocí tabulek a grafů...

The topic of this bachelor thesis is "Caesarean section on demand". The thesis deals with women's interest in undergoing the surgery at their own request and with the reasons behind their choice. It consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the history of obstetrics, on Caesarean section, indications for a Caesarean section, possible methods, anesthesia, potential complications and spontaneous delivery. The empirical part is based on quantitative research. By means of a questionnaire, women have been asked whether they are interested in undergoing Caesarean section at their own request and what are the reasons behind their choice. The empirical part further examines whether women are interested in choosing their preferred type of anesthesia and what this type is. The total number of respondents who participated in the survey was 82; they had been chosen randomly. The survey was conducted in January 2014. Its results have shown that only 37,80% of respondents are interested in Caesarean section at their own request.
