Abstract

Název: Institucionální struktura sportu České republiky Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení nynější role České unie sportu a Českého olympijského výboru a jejich postavení ve struktuře české tělesné výchovy a sportu. Sekundárním cílem je vytvořit na základě rešerše v dané oblasti nový koncept instituciální struktury sportu v ČR a zohlednit důležitost vědeckého a vzdělávacího centra. Metody: V této práci byla použita kvalitativní metoda výzkumu - hloubkové interview, které bylo doplněno polostrukturovaným dotazníkem. Zároveň byla využita metoda analýzy textu. Zdrojem byla i sekundární data, získaná z již existujících případových studií. Výsledky: Výstupem práce jsou doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení situace v českém sportovním prostředí. Za podstatné výsledky považuji i přepisy hloubkových rozhovorů, které se nacházejí v příloze. Tato práce bude předložena všem účastníkům interview s cílem informovat sportovní prostředí o současné situaci sportu v České republice. Title: Institutional structure of sport in the Czech republic Objectives: The main goal of this project is to evaluate current role of the Czech Sport Union and the Czech Olympic Commitee and their position in the structure of czech sport environment. The second goal is, on the basis of research, to suggest a new concept of the institutional structure of sport in the Czech republic and at the same time considering the importance of scientific and educational center. Methods: In this project, there was used a qualitative method of research - in-depth interview, which was completed by semi-structured questionnaire. As well as a method of text analysis was applied. Case study served as a certain source of secondary data too. Results: Recommendations and proposals for improvement of situation of the czech sport environment represent the main output. Transcriptions of in-depth interviews placed in appendix are considered as a significant results as well. This thesis is going to be submitted to all of respondents with the aspiration to inform the whole sport environment about current situation in the czech sport area.
