Motivace fyzioterapeutů pro jejich profesi, vývoj této motivace během jejich pracovní kariéry

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce je "Motivace fyzioterapeutů pro jejich profesi, vývoj této motivace během jejich pracovní kariéry." Cílem práce je přiblížení vzniku vývoje motivací fyzioterapeutů, nastínění jejich vztahu k profesi skrz jejich připravenost navazování vztahu s pacienty/klienty, jejich dostatečnou kvalifikaci a orientaci v oboru, zvládání role zaměstnance a začlenění se do zdravotnické organizace. Dále zpracovává téma jejich připravenosti pro profesi po dokončení studia a schopnosti uplatnit při něm nově nabyté znalosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí - teoretické v podobě obecného vymezení problému a empirické části, v rámci níž byl proveden výzkum. Teoretická část ve svém úvodu stručně představuje obor fyzioterapie s jeho historií, legislativou, podmínkami i možnostmi studia a možného uplatnění. Další kapitoly se zabývají tématy, které s oborem a nasměrováním dráhy fyzioterapeuta úzce souvisejí. Empirická část se věnuje analýze pohledů a přístupů fyzioterapeutů ke zmíněným pojmům z teoretické části. Byla využita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, data byla získávána prostřednictvím částečně strukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými fyzioterapeuty. Thesis on topic "Motivation of physiotherapists for their profession, development of this motivation during their career." Aim of the thesis is to approach the beginning of development of physiotherapists' motivation, to delineate their relation to the profession through their preparedness for establishing of relationships with patients/clients, their appropriate qualification and orientation in the subject, coping with the role of employee and intergration of themselves to health organisation. Further, it deals with the theme of their readiness for their profession after finishing of their studies and ability to enforce newly acquired knowledges in the profession. The thesis is divided in two main parts - the theoretical one, which generally defines the problem, and the empiric one, where the research was done. In it's beginning, theoretical part concisely introduces the subject of physiotherapy with it's history, legislative, conditions and possibilities of studying and using. Next chapters deal with themes, which the subject and directing of psysiotherapy and physiotherapists closely cohere.
