Sociálně pedagogické aspekty profese pracovníka hospice v ČR

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci bych se chtěla zabývat paliativní (hospicovou péčí) v ČR, vývojem této služby a legislativou s ní spojenou. Dále formami hospicové péče, službami pro rodinu a klienty. V další kapitole bych chtěla zmínit rizika a problémy, se kterými se pracovníci hospicové péče při své práci setkávají. Na tuto kapitolu bych navázala otázkou ochrany psychického zdraví pracovníků ze strany zaměstnavatele a dalšími možnostmi jak se vyhnout rizikovým faktorů, spojeným s výkonem této profese. Ve výzkumné části bych chtěla provést kvalitativní výzkum ve vybraném zařízení, zaměřený na problémy, se kterými se zaměstnanci nejčastěji potýkají a zda je podpora ze strany vedení dostatečná.

In my diploma thesis I would like to discuss palliative (hospice care) in the Czech Republic, development of services and legislation associated with it. Further forms of hospice care services for families and clients. In the next chapter I would like to mention the risks and problems that the employees of hospice care in their work meet. Of this chapter, I followed a question of psychic health workers by employers and other options to avoid the risk factors associated with the exercise of this profession. In the research part, I would like to do qualitative research on the selected device, focusing on problems that are often faced by employees and that the support of the leadership sufficient.
