Fyzioterapie u astma bronchiale

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá léčbou astmatu pomocí fyzioterapeutických postupů, zejména respirační fyzioterapií. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky o symptomatologii onemocnění, prevenci, vyšetřovacích metodách, respirační fyzioterapii a pomůckách jako jsou inhalátory. V empirické části jsou uvedeny dvě kasuistiky, kde jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části. Cílem této práce je seznámení se s jinými metodami léčby, než je farmakoterapie. A tímto způsobem ovlivnit průběh nemoci tak, aby se zlepšila kvalita života pacienta.

This thessis deals with the treatment of Asthma Bronchiale by using various physioterapeutic methods, especially respiratory physiotherapy. In Theoretical part there is given information about symptomatology of the disease, prevention, methods of examination, respiratory physiotherapy and devices like inhalers. The Empirical parts includes two case reports where the knowledge from theoretical part is applied. The main goal of this thessis is getting to know other methods of treatment than pharmacotherapy. And by this way influence the progress of the disease to improve quality of patients't live.
