Odlehčovací služby pro pěstouny

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se z širšího hlediska zaměřuji na problematiku pěstounské péče, konkrétně pak na právo pěstounů na dovolenou. Cílem práce je pojednání o důvodech, které vedly k legislativnímu ukotvení tohoto práva a dále pak zmapování možností pěstounů na území Pardubického kraje. Práce tedy nejprve teoreticky popisuje výše zmíněné důvody a poté, v praktické časti, nabízí pohled tří stran činných v této oblasti. Za pomoci rozhovorů jsem zjišťovala pohled pěstounů na tuto problematiku, způsob práce orgánu-sociálně právní ochrany dětí a nestátních neziskových organizací. Na základě zpracovaných informací je možné blíže se seznámit s názorem pěstounů na jejich právo na dovolenou, nahlédnout na práci orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v této oblasti a zjistit, jaká je nabídka odlehčovacích služeb a vzdělávání nestátních neziskových organizací v Pardubickém kraji. The broad aim of this thesis is to consider the issues of foster care, specifically a foster parents' need for holidays. The aim is to discuss why legislation regarding holidays for foster parents was needed and to see what options are available for foster parents in the Pardubice region. The work first describes the above considerations, then the practical element, offering a view of the three parties working in this field. Research was conducted to examine foster parent's views on the ways in which both government and non-governmental organizations work. Based on the research conducted it is possible to understand the views of foster parents and their legal right to holiday and to look at the work of social-legal protection of children in this area and find out what respite services and education are offered by NGOs in the Pardubice region.
