Spolek celníků České republiky

Abstract

The diploma thesis named ,,The Club of Customs Officers of the Czech Republic" describes the development of this voluntary, independent, professional organization of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic since 1923 until now. The main purpose of this diploma thesis is to classify this professional organization to the Civil society organizations and to find out, what its purposes in the society are. There are theoretical principles described in the first part, which I apply to The Club of Customs Officers in the second part. The third part is focused on The Club of Customs Officers of the Czech Republic itself.

Diplomová práce na téma Spolek celníků České republiky má zejména zachytit vývoj této dobrovolné, nezávislé, zájmové a profesně-stavovské organizace Celní správy ČR, a to od jejího založení v roce 1923 až po současnost. Hlavním cílem této práce je zařadit profesně- stavovské sdružení mezi organizace občanské společnosti a zjistit, jaké naplňuje funkce ve společnosti. V první části je popsán teoretický základ, který ve druhé části dále aplikuji na Spolek celníků. Třetí část je zaměřena na Spolek celníků ČR jako takový.
