Informovanost žáků maturitních ročníků o možnostech nákazy HPV viry.

Abstract

v českém jazyce Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice informovanosti žáků maturitních ročníků o možnostech nákazy HPV viry. Úvod práce je věnován popisu kapitol teoretické i empirické části a krátkému vysvětlení problematiky papillomavirů. V úvodu teoretické práce je uvedena stručná charakteristika HPV virů spolu s historií výzkumu, incidencí onemocnění vzniklých v důsledku nakažení a přenosu onemocnění. Další kapitoly podrobněji popisují jednotlivá onemocnění vzniklá v souvislosti s HPV infekcí. Závěr teoretické části je věnován prevenci HPV malignit. Cílem empirické části je zjištění informovanosti HPV problematiky u žáků maturitních ročníků. Metodou dotazníku byly zjišťovány znalosti žáků o HPV infekci. v anglickém jazyce The thesis is dedicated to the awareness of students about the possibilities of graduation classes have HPV viruses. Introduction is devoted to the description of the theoretical and empirical chapters and a brief explanation of the issue of HPV viruses. In the beginning of the theoretical part presents brief characteristics of HPV viruses along with the history of HPV research, the incidence of disease caused due to HPV infection and disease transmission. In other chapters are discussed in more detail specific disease arising fro the infection HPV. In the end is dedicated to the prevention of HPV malignancies. To research empirical part is finding HPV awaareness and knowledge of the issue for students graduation classes. By questionnaire are collected knwldge of issue of HPV infection.
