Vliv nové politické situace po roce 1989 na rozvoj dopravního propojení ČR s okolními státy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem dopravní infrastruktury České republiky po roce 1989 se zaměřením na snahu o lepší začlenění České republiky do evropské dopravní sítě a především o infrastrukturní propojení s okolními státy jako reakci na proběhnuvší politické změny. Stručně shrnuje historická východiska silniční i železniční sítě, analyzuje situaci na počátku sledovaného období. Zabývá se postupem výstavby důležitých komunikačních propojení mezi ČR a okolními státy po roce 1990 a hodnotí dosavadní průběh realizace projektů v jednotlivých oblastech. Posuzuje vliv politické reprezentace na výstavbu a možné korupční a klientelistické vazby. Důležitou kapitolou je financování dopravní infrastruktury. Dostatek peněz totiž podmiňuje realizaci těchto záměrů. Na závěr shrnuje současnou situaci a přidává výhled do budoucna, kde bude důležité dokončit dálniční síť a začít stavět nové železniční tratě pro rychlá spojení.

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of transport infrastructure in the Czech Republic after 1989, focusing on efforts to improve the integration of the Czech Republic into the European transport network, and mainly on infrastructural links with neighboring countries as a response to political changes that took place. Briefly summarizes the historical background of the road and rail network, analyzes the situation at the beginning of the period. It deals with the construction process of important communication links between the Czech Republic and neighboring countries since 1990 and assesses the progress of implementation of projects in different areas. It assesses the impact of political representation on the construction of a possible corrupt and clientelistic ties. An important chapter is the financing of transport infrastructure. A sufficient flow of money is conditional for the implementation of these plans. In conclusion this thesis summarizes the current situation and adds future outlook, where it will be important to complete the motorway network and start building new railway lines for high-speed connections.
