Teoretická část obsahuje anatomii pánve a pánevních orgánů muže, fyziologii reprodukce, řetězení funkčních poruch pohybového systému, vyšetření muže, léčbu a režimová opatření. V teoretické části jsou také uvedeny příklady fyzioterapeutických metod, které lze u mužské sterility využít. Ve speciální části aplikuji své získané teoretické znalosti v praxi. Zpracovala jsem dvě kazuistiky. První kazuistika popisuje vyšetření, terapii a vývoj spermiogramu u funkční mužské sterility, druhá je zaměřena na muže se strukturálním poškozením varlat.

The theoretical part contains anatomy of the pelvis and male pelvic organs, reproduction physiology, chaining of musculoskeletal system malfunctions, examinations of a man, treatment and regime measures. The theoretical part also gives examples of physiotherapy methods, which can be used for male sterility treating. Gained theoretical knowledge is applied in practice in a special part of the thesis. I dealt with 2 casuistries. One of them describes examination, therapy and development of spermiogram of functional male sterility, the other one focuses on men with structural damage of testicles.
