Outplacement a jeho psychologické aspekty

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje outplacementu a jeho psychologickým aspektům. Pozornost je věnována propouštění pracovníků z důvodu nadbytečnosti a metodám jejich výběru, dále významu a cílům outplacementu, jeho historii a outplacementu v České republice včetně jeho forem. Práce se detailně zabývá procesem outplacementu a jeho psychologickými aspekty. Zaměřuje se na prožívání ztráty zaměstnání a nezaměstnanosti, na vliv propouštění a outplacementu na psychiku člověka. Součástí práce je empirické kvalitativní šetření zaměřené na realizaci outplacementu a jeho psychologické aspekty ve společnosti Faurecia.

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the outplacement and its psychological aspects. Attention is paid to workers who are made redundant and to the methods of their choice, the importance and the objectives of outplacement, its history and outplacement in the Czech Republic, including all its forms. Work deals in detail with process of outplacement and its psychological aspects. It focuses on the experience of the loss of employment and unemployment, on the impact of dismissing and outplacement on the psyche of man. Part of the work is empirical qualitative investigation aimed at the realization of outplacement and its psychological aspects in the company of Faurecia.
