Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na působení sociálního pracovníka na specifickém pracovním místě - v manželské a rodinné poradně. Cílem práce je návrh vzdělávacího programu vzhledem k potřebám cílové skupiny a nejčastějším pracovním aktivitám sociálního pracovníka. Práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje historii oboru, definuje cílovou skupinu a teoretický rámec oboru. Praktická část prezentuje metody a výsledky šetření a návrh specializačního vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků manželských a rodinných poraden. The thesis focuses on the activities of a social worker in a specific position - marital and family counselling. The aim of the thesis is a draft of an educational programme with respect to the needs of the target group and the most common working activities of a social worker. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section describes the history of the field, defines the target group and the theoretical framework of the field. The practical section presents methods and the outcome of a survey, as well as a draft of specialized education of social workers in marital and family counselling.
