Možnosti fyzioterapie u pacientů s dětskou mozkovou obrnou při léčbě spasticity v oblasti hlezna

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozsáhlého tématu dětské mozkové obrny se zaměřením na spasticitu v oblasti hlezenního kloubu, možnostmi jejího ovlivnění konzervativním a operativním způsobem. Dále volbou metod a prostředků fyzioterapie s ohledem na typ onemocnění a spolupráci pacienta. Obraz onemocnění je u každého pacienta odlišný, proto také způsob rehabilitace, postup a použití terapie bývá rozdílné. Limitem k dosažení optimálních výsledků u tohoto onemocnění je často mentální retardace různého stupně, která pacientovi brání nejen v pochopení prováděné terapie, ale i v motivaci k jejímu provádění. Je proto nezbytné postupovat individuálně, s trpělivostí a dostatečným časovým prostorem v péči o pacienta.

This thesis deals with the extensive subject cerebral palsy in children, focusing on spasticity in the ankle joint, and the possibilities of influencing it in a conservative and operative manner. The thesis further deals with the choice of methods and physiotherapy means with regard to the type of disease and the patient's cooperation. The picture of the disease differs for each patient, thus also the type of rehabilitation, the procedure and use of therapy. One limitation to achieving optimum results with this disease is often mental retardation of varying degrees, which prevents the patient not only from understanding the implementation of the therapy, but also the motivation for implementing it. It is therefore necessary to proceed individually, with patience and sufficient time given to the care for the patient.
