diplomové práce: Východiska: Téma drogové problematiky uživatelek - matek se stává stále více aktuální. Specifičnost ženské skupiny na drogové scéně je dána problémy spojenými s těhotenstvím a mateřstvím, rozdílnými biologickými faktory oproti mužům. Odborné poradenství pro ženy a řešením témat, které jsou spojeny s ženskou rolí je pro odborníky nutností. Fenomén matky - uživatelky je vždy nutně spjat s otázkou péčí o dítě a následnou abstinencí. Naše odborná i laická společnost má ohledně těhotenství, léčby, abstinence a motivace matek, které jsou závislé na návykových látkách mnoho předsudků a stereotypního chování. Nabízí se tedy otázka, jak skutečnost těhotenství uživatelek - matek ovlivňuje jejich drogovou kariéru a následnou motivaci k abstinenci a setrvání v léčbě. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda je dítě motivace k abstinenci a jakou roli hraje otěhotnění v užívání drog ženami. Metodika: Data byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaného interview, jejichž respondenty byly klientky doléčovacího programu. Pro analýzu dat byly využity prvky zakotvené teorie. Výsledky: Na základě výpovědí respondentek bylo zjištěno, že i když je dítě pasivní motivace k abstinenci, respondentky léčbu z 80% úspěšně dokončí. Dále bylo zjištěno, že i přes zjištěnou graviditu, 80% respondentek pokračovalo v užívání drog....
