Problematika předporodní, porodní a poporodní péče u vietnamských žen

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku předporodní, porodní a poporodní péče poskytované vietnamským ženám. Samotný výzkumný problém je definován jako otázka: "Jak reflektují vietnamské ženy zdravotní péči, která jim byla poskytnuta během těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí v České republice?" Cílem práce bylo nejenom zjistit, jak reflektují vietnamské ženy své zkušenosti s péčí, ale snahou bylo rovněž přiblížit faktory, které by mohly jejich reflexi ovlivnit. Samotný text diplomové práce je rozdělen na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část je věnována stručnému popisu prostředí, ze kterého vietnamské ženy pocházejí, jejich kultuře, tradicím a zdravotnímu systému. Odlišné tradice související s graviditou, porodem a šestinedělím jsou popsány v samostatné kapitole, přičemž poznatky získané z odborné literatury jsou ještě rozšířeny o informace z autorčina výzkumu. Následuje krátké pojednání o historii vietnamské imigrace na naše území a poslední kapitola je zaměřena na úhradu zdravotní péče v ČR, převážně pak na problematiku komerčního zdravotního pojištění cizinců. Empirická část představuje zjištění vlastního kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož záměrem bylo: a) zjistit informace o tradicích spojených s těhotenstvím, porodem a poporodním obdobím a očekáváních vietnamských rodiček; b) zachytit...

The thesis is focused on issues concerning prenatal, natal and postnatal medical care, which is being provided to Vietnamese women. The core subject of the research is defined as "How do the Vietnamese women reflect upon or respond to health care which is ordinarily provided to them during the pregnancy and labor period as well as the postnatal stage in the Czech republic?" The objective was not just to find out how do the Vietnamese women reflect upon their experience with the care they receive, but also to investigate factors, which could have an effect on their perception and experience. The body of the thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief description of the background of the Vietnamese women, including their culture, traditions and the health care system. Different traditions associated with the pregnancy, labor, and postnatal period are described in a separate chapter. It should be noted that findings gathered from expert literature have been enriched with information which comes directly from the author's own research.
