public relations, image, social corporate responsibility, communicationAnotace: Tato bakalá ská práce se zabývá problematikou Public Relations a jejich psychologických podklad , jeliko oblast Public Relations je progresivní a souvisí jak s oblastí personálního ízení, tak s oblastí vzd lávání dosp lých. Cílem práce je poskytnout základní orientaci ve sfé e Public Relations a nastínit mo né uplatn ní psychologických poznatk v tomto oboru, p i em se zam uje zejména na témata komunikace, persuaze a image. Úvodní ást je v novaná vymezení Public Relations, na které pak v záv ru navazuje ást empirická, jejím cílem je nahlédnout do praxe v eských Public Relations agenturách a získané poznatky porovnat s p edlo enou teorií. Tato empirická ást vychází ze dvou polostrukurovaných rozhovor s mana ery PR agentur, které byly zpracovány do podoby kazuistik. Výsledkem tohoto porovnání je zji t ní, e praxe Public Relations v eské Republice se zdá být v souladu s teorií. Rovn se b hem práce s odbornou literaturou i na základ rozhovor poda ilo odhalit n které psychologické zákonitosti uplat ující se v oblasti Public Relations. Annotation: This bachelors thesis deals with Public Relations and its psychological background, because Public Relations is a progressive branch and also it's related to personnel management and adult education. The goal of this bachelors thesis is to provide basic orientation in Public Relations and outline the possible utilization of psychological knowledge in this branch. It's focused particularly on communication, persuasion and image. Introductory part is devoted to the definition of Public Relations and it's connected with empirical part in the end. The goal of the empirical part is an insight into practice in Czech Public Relations agencies and its comparision with theory. This empirical part is constitued by two semi-structured interviews with Public Relations managers which underlie case studies. The result of this comparision is finding that Public Relations theory is in compliance with practice in the Czech Republic. Also on a basis of interviews and work with literature there were revealed some psychological principles in Public Relations.
