Internetová kriminalita páchaná na dětech

Abstract

Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na internetovou kriminalitu, jejíž oběťmi jsou děti. V teoretické části této práce jsou popsány jednotlivé nejznámější druhy internetové kriminality se speciálním zaměřením na internetovou kriminalitu páchanou na dětech. Dále jsou zde shrnuty základní poznatky o agresorech a pachatelích této činnosti, prevalence výskytu této kriminality, a v neposlední řadě jsou uvedeny také informace o jejich obětech. Empirická část je pak věnována kvantitativní studii kasuistik případů internetové kriminality páchané na dětech a kvantitativní studii orientované na zjištění zkušeností dnešních dětí s internetem. This thesis focuses on internet crime where children are the victims. In the theoretical part of this work, different types of internet crime are described, with a special focus on internet crimes committed on children. Furthermore, it summarizes the basic knowledge of the aggressors and perpetrators of this activity, the prevalence of this crime, and last but not least it gives information about their victims. The empirical part of this work is devoted to the qualitative study of the list of cases targeting internet crime committed on children and to the quantitative study which identifies the experiences of children with the Internet today.
