Právní úprava ochrany volně žijících živočichů

Abstract

v českém jazyce Předmět mojí diplomové práce je ochrana volně žijících živočichů. V poslední době dochází k úbytky biodiverzity a to může mít negativní vliv na celé lidstvo. Mezi hlavní důvody patří působení invazních druhů a ztráta přirozeného prostředí.Vybral jsem si toto téma z důvodu kombinace svých zájmů o právo životního prostředí a zároveň o zoologii. Chtěl bych se pokusit uceleně popsat úpravu ochrany volně žijících živočichů. Protože je upravena ve velkém množství právních předpisů, je velmi složité se v nich orientovat. Tato práce by měla pomoct v základní orientaci v problematice a uvést čtenáře do základních aspektů. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. V první kapitole je shrnut obecný základ a příčiny úbytku biodiverzity. Také jsou zmíněny aktuální souvislosti. V druhé kapitole je uveden historický popis vývoje ochrany přírody se zaměřením na důvody vzniku ochrany volně žijících živočichů. Ve třetí kapitole jsou shrnuty hlavní mezinárodní úmluvy v této oblasti, kterými jsou Úmluva o mokřadech majících význam zvláště jako biotopy vodního ptactva, Úmluva o ochraně světového kulturního a přírodního dědictví, Úmluva o mezinárodním obchodu ohroženými druhy volně žijících živočichů a planě rostoucích rostlin, Úmluva o ochraně stěhovavých druhů volně žijících živočichů a Úmluva o...

The subject of my thesis is The regulation on the wild fauna protection. Recently, there is the loss in biodiversity and this may have a negative effect on the entire mankind. The main reason includes the effects of invasive species and habitat loss. I chose this topic because of the combination of my interests in the environmental law and also in zoology. I would like to try to comprehensively describe the rules governing the protection of wildlife. Since it is adapted in a large amount of legislation, it is very difficult to orientate in that. This work should help in the basic understanding of the problems and introducing readers into the aspects of this topic. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter summarizes the general background and reasons of the biodiversity loss. Also mentioned is the current context. The second chapter describes a historical development of the nature protection with the focus on the reasons why the wildlife was protected.
