Vývoj pražských sídlišť: stárnutí a funkční vybavenost

Abstract

V současné době žije na českých původně socialistických sídlištích jedna třetina obyvatel České republiky. Z důvodu mnoha problémů, které tyto sídliště provází, se tímto tématem zabývá mnoho vědeckých prací. V mé studii se zaměřuji na analýzu vývoje věkové struktury pražských sídlišť a zkoumám, zda jí úroveň funkční vybavenosti odpovídá. Analytická část se dělí na dva oddíly. Prvním z nich je analýza věkové struktury na základě poskytnutých statistických dat. Druhým je hodnocení úrovně vybavenosti pražských sídlišť pomocí dotazníkového šetření ve vybraném sídlišti. V zásadě bylo potvrzeno, že pražská sídliště opravdu stárnou a tento trend ovlivňuje do určité míry i funkční vybavenost dané lokality. Při tom je důležité řešit potřeby sídlišť individuálně tak, aby byly co nejefektivnější. Na základě analýzy lze usuzovat, že pražská sídliště mají dobrou perspektivu do budoucna. There lives currently one third of population in the post-socialist housing estates in the Czech Republic. Because of many problems that accompany the estates, many scientific studies deal with the topic. In my study, I focus on analysis of the age structure changes in Prague housing estates and investigate whether it corresponds to the level of the functional use. The analytical part is divided into two sections. The first one is the analysis of the age structure based on the statistical data. The second section is an assessment of the level of the use in Prague housing estates through a questionnaire survey in a selected estate. In principle, it was confirmed that the Prague housing estates really have been aging and this trend affects to some extent functional use of the locality. It is important to solve the needs of estates individually so that the changes were effective. Based on the analysis the conclusion is that the Prague housing estates have good prospects for the future. Key words: Prague; housing estates; ageing; functional use
