Abstract

Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s osteosyntézou fraktury zevního kotníku Jméno a příjmení autora: Petra Smolová Cíl práce: Cílem této práce bylo podat ucelenou formou základní informace o zlomeninách kotníku, možnostech jejich léčby a vypracovat kazuistiku pacientky s touto diagnózou. Metoda: Práce je formou rešeršního zpracování problematiky fraktury zevního kotníku a je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část je rozdělena na jednotlivé kapitoly a podkapitoly, které popisují základní anatomické poznatky oblasti bérce, hlezenního kloubu a nohy. Nastíněna je zde kineziologie hlezenního kloubu a základní biomechanické aspekty. Další část obecné části se zabývá klasifikací zlomenin, jejich komplikacemi a operačním řešením a také zejména zlomeninami v oblasti zevního kotníku, možnostmi jejich léčby a rehabilitace. Speciální část se zabývá kazuistikou pacientky po osteosyntéze zlomeniny zevního kotníku, resp. rehabilitačním postupem během 4-týdenní praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu ve Vysočanech. Obsahuje anamnestické údaje pacientky, diferenciální rozvahu, vstupní vyšetření, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu, rozpis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Method: The work is a form of retrieval processing of the issue of external ankle fractures, and is divided into general and special. The general part is divided into various sections and subsections that describe the basic anatomical knowledge of the lower leg, ankle and foot.
