| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit projekt managementu sportovní akce, který by mohl obecně sloužit organizátorům sportovních akcí a primárně vytvořit doporučení pro organizátory akce AUTHOR král Šumavy MTB. Úkolem je pomocí osobního dotazování a analýzy SWOT provést celkovou analýzu závodu a vytvořit návrhy na zlepšení celé organizace pro další ročníky. V závěrečné části jsem vyhodnotil, zda bylo dosaženo stanovených cílů a zrekapituloval nejdůležitější výsledky provedených metod. | cs_CZ |

The aim is to analyse the event by means of SWOT analysis and create suggestions to improve the whole organization of this sports event for further tournaments. In conclusion I reviewed whether or not the objectives were achieved and summarized the most important results of the performed methods. | en_US |
