Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je role a funkce japonských učitelů. V práci popíši jejich postavení v japonské společnosti, profil, kvalifikaci, profesi a vývoj učitelství. Cílem práce je zkoumání této problematiky v časovém rozmezí od 80. let 20. století dodnes s důrazem na 90. léta, odvození základních problémů a navržení vhodných řešení budoucího vývoje učitelství v Japonsku.

The theme of this work is the role and functions of the Japanese teachers. In my work I will describe their position in the Japanese society, profile, qualification, profession and its history. The aim of this work is examining these questions from 80's of the twentieth century until now with emphasis on 90's, deriving the basic problems and and suggestion of appropriate solutions for future development of teaching in Japan.
