Abstract

Práce Komentovaný překlad: Soudní dvůr Evropských společenství sestává z překladu úvodu a první kapitoly francouzsky psané publikace La Cour de justice des Communautés européennes a z komentáře tohoto překladu. Úvodní část práce zahrnuje základní informace o její struktuře a o výchozím textu a také představuje důvody, které autorku přiměly k volbě daného textu. Druhý oddíl této práce obsahuje samotný text překladu. V následující části autorka přistupuje k souměrné analýze jednotlivých komunikačních rovin výchozího a překladového textu a podrobněji představuje metodu, kterou k překladu zvolila. Z celkové koncepce překladu vyplývá soubor překladatelských strategií a postupů, jejichž přehled přináší předposlední oddíl této práce; důraz je kladen zejména na problematiku převodu terminologických pojmenování a reálií. V závěru autorka hodnotí výchozí text jako zajímavý překladový materiál a stručně shrnuje svůj přístup k tomuto překladu. The work Commented translation: Court of Justice of the European Communities is a work consisting of two parts: a Czech translation of the introduction and the first chapter of the French publication La Cour de justice des Communautés européennes, and a commentary on this translation. Apart from basic information on the structure of the book and on the translated segments, in the first part of the work the author gives the reasons for her choice of this text. The second part of the work is the translation itself. In the following part the author analyzes the individual communication levels of the original and the translation and gives a detailed description of the translation method and the strategies she used. These are given by the overall concept of the translation and are dealt with in detail in the last part of the work; the author concentrates mainly on the translation of legal terminology and the transmission of foreign culture elements. In the conclusion the author summarizes her approach to the translation of the text which she finds, mainly from the translatological perspective, very interesting.
