Koncept celoživotního vzdělávání a celoživotního učení v kontextu evropské integrace

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na oblast celoživotního učení, v kontextu probíhající evropské integrace. Celoživotní učení je nejen přirozenou součástí života každého lidského jedince, ale stává se rovněž nutností pro stále rostoucí skupinu lidí. Mým cílem je představit koncept celoživotního učení, jeho kořeny, vývoj a významné dílčí aspekty v evropském pojetí dvacátého století. Řeším problematiku vznikajícího systému a priorit celoživotního učení od šedesátých let 20. století, zabývám se v souvislosti s tím rolí evropských politik, postavením a možnostmi jedince, některými doprovodnými fenomény a úskalími celého procesu. Ačkoliv některé otázky, týkajících se konceptu celoživotního učení a jeho současné podoby, ponechávám otevřené, neboť realizace konceptu je stále živým, probíhajícím a diskutovaným procesem, pokusila jsem se komplexně, rámcově vykreslit situaci v Evropské unii a pojednat o stavu v České republice. Má práce má být shrnujícím materiálem, podávajícím stručnou a přehlednou informaci o vývoji v posledních desetiletích a současném stavu, a zároveň podnětem k hlubšímu zamyšlení.

This bachelor work deals with an area of lifelong education and lifelong learning within the context of European integration. Lifelong learning is a natural part of every individual and it also becomes a necessity for a constantly growing group of people. The goal is to introduce the concept of lifelong learning, its origins, development and significant partial aspects in European conception of the 20th century. Problems of an originating system and priorities of lifelong learning since 60's of the 20th century are covered in this work as well as relationship of European policies, position and possibilities of an individual, some accompanying phenomena and difficulties of the process. Even though some questions concerning the lifelong learning concept and its current shape are left opened because concept realization is still alive, proceeding and discussed process, an attempt for complex and frame description of the situation in the European Union and the Czech Republic has been made. This work is supposed to briefly and transparently resume the development in past decades and the current state and also bring reader to deeper reflection.
