dc.description.abstractRigor6zni prace se zahyva aktuaInim a narocnym tematem vztaliuj icim se k soucasne transformaci skolstvi. DalSim vzdelavanim ucitelu deti se zvlastnimi vzdelavacimi potrebami. Charakter prace je teoreticko-empirickY. V teoreticke casti je venovana pozornost vzdelavani uCitelu. Dot}'ka se cilu, typu a podminek vzdelavani ucitelu. Nedilnou soucasti vzdelavani dospelych je andragogika. Pati'i do specificke oblasti vzdelavani dospelych. Dale se prace dOt}'ka integrace deti se zvlastnimi vzdelavacimi potfebami z hlediska legislativy a nastiimje cestu ke skolni integraci v Ceske republice. Rigor6zni prace se soustred'uje take na cile a organizaci skolni integrace, materiaIni , personaIni a podpurne prostredky . Empiricka cast popisuje, analyzuje a vyhodnocuje podminky vzdelavani zaku se specialnimi vzdelavacimi potrebami na 1. stupni zakladni skoly v Kralovehradeckem kraji. V zaveru jsou naznacena mozna vychodiska k dalSimu postupu ph integraci zaku do beznych skol. V pfiloze je uveden vzdelavaci projekt: Specialni pedagogika pro ucitele 1. stupne ZS s integrovanymi tfidami - Rekvalifikacni projekt pro ucitele ZS.cs_CZ
dc.description.abstractThis rigorous work deals with actual and demanding topic to current transform of education. Further education of teachers for children with special educational needs. The nature of work is theoretical - empirical. In theoretical part the attention is paid to teachers' education. It covers aims, types and conditions of teachers' education. The integral part of adult's education is andragogy. It is the part of the specific area of adults' education. Working further covers integration of children with special educational needs in term of legislature and it outlines the way to school integration in the Czech Republic. Rigorous work is focused on the aims and organization of school integration, material, personal and support schemes. Empirical part describes analyses and evaluates conditions of pupils' education with special educational needs at the primary school in KnllovehradeckY region. Possible ways to other process in integration pupils to current schools are indicated at the close. Education project is presented in attachment: Special pedagogy for teachers of primary school with integrated classes - Retraining project for teachers at primary school.en_US
