Abstract

This thesis is focused on the business extension of a Gerontology Cent re represented by the product ent itled Education Courses for Healthand Social Workers. In the int roduction, the systems of adult health & social care workers education are analysed. Branches of health care and social care in the Czech Republic and their specifics are described together wi th thei r systemic elements (students, educational institutions, education processes and factors influencing the whole sys tem dynamics). The study deals to a certain part also with the institution change process. The substance and usefulness for the practice body of the study is represented by a design for int roducing the educational system as a new product into the act ivities of the Gerontology Centre. The concept includes all key management scopes - human resources, finances, marketing etc.

Tato práce je zaměřena na rozší ření činnost i organizace Gerontologické cent rum. Předmětem rozší ření je produkt vzdělávacích kurzů pro pracovníky ve zdravotnictví a sociálních službách. V úvodu je analyzován systém vzdělávání dospělých ve zdravotnictví a sociálních službách. Jsou popsána specifika odvětví zdravotních a sociálních služeb, a jednotlivé prvky systému - studující, vzdělávací instituce, proces vzdělávání , a také faktory, které celý systém ovlivňuj í. Práce se také st ručně zabývá procesem změny v organizaci. Podstatnou a pro praxi využitelnou částí je návrh (plán) zavedení systému vzdělávacích aktivit jako nového produktu do organizace Gerontologické cent rum. Plán zahrnuje všechny kl íčové oblasti managementu - lidské zdroje, finance, marketing atd.
