Gender a vzdělávání dospělých

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je gender - hledání souvislostí vzniku a jeho utváření. Snaží se zjistit příčiny a souvislosti nerovného přístupu k mužům a ženám v naší společnosti. Prostřednictvím vzdělávání se pokouší o nalezení možných způsobů řešení tohoto problému. Práce objasňuje základní pojmy, utváření genderu, genderových stereotypů. Socializace je zde chápána jako celoživotní proces, během něhož se gender utváří. Dále se pokouší přiblížit roli školy a školského sytému, který společenské nerovnosti udržuje. Na školy nahlíží jako na instituce, které utužují genderovou identitu jedince. Popisuje také legislativní rámec, který by měl zajistit nazírání, ale především zajištění rovného přístupu mužů a žen ke vzdělání. Dále objasňuje pojmy, cíle a funkce vzdělávání dospělých, zejména pak z pohledu žen. Nastiňuje problémy či překážky, se kterými se ženy často potýkají při snaze se dále vzdělávat. Snaží se postihnout možnosti vzdělávání žen ve smyslu provázanosti trhu práce a vzdělávacího systému. Poukazuje na vertikální i horizontální genderovou segregaci trhu práce. Dále také zmiňuje postupy pozitivní diskriminace - afirmativní akce a gender mainstreaming. The main topic of this thesis is gender - the search for context creation and developments. Seeks to identify the causes and context of unequal access to the men and women in our society.
