Srovnání přípravy vedoucích v dětských organizacích a pedagogů volného času

Abstract

Cílem této bakalárské práce je zmapování a srovnání soucasného stavu odborné prípravy vedoucích v detských organizacích a pedagogu volného casu na vysokých školách. Nejprve se zabývá problematikou celoživotního ucení, formálního a neformálního vzdelávání. Dále popisuje odbornou prípravu vedoucích jakožto príklad neformálního vzdelávání. Sleduje legislativní aspekty této prípravy, soucasnou vzdelávací nabídku a popisuje tuto nabídku z hlediska obsahu, forem a metod. Poukazuje na skutecnost, že príprava vedoucích není stále právne zakotvená a liší se v jednotlivých organizacích. Na druhou stranu, vzdelávací nabídka je pomerne široká, vedoucí i organizace, v nichž pusobí, mají potrebu odbornou prípravu dále rozvíjet. Poté nahlíží na soucasný stav vysokoškolské prípravy pedagogu volného casu s durazem na vzdelávací nabídku a obsah vzdelávání jakožto príkladu formálního vzdelávání. Vzdelávání pedagogu volného casu se odehrává zejména v bakalárských studijních programech, navazující magisterské studium tohoto oboru je spíše výjimecné. Na záver tato práce oba typy odborné prípravy porovnává a predkládá návrhy na prekonání jejich slabin. Ze srovnání mj. vyplynulo, že pedagogové volného casu mají díky príprave širší možnosti uplatnení, vedoucí jsou naopak pripravováni na míru dané organizaci.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe and to compare the education and the training of the leaders in children organizations and of the educators in free time at universities. The opening chapters deal with the concepts of lifelong learning, formal and nonformal education. Then the education and the training of the leaders is described as an example of the nonformal education with the focus on its legislative aspects, on the current suply of education and on the description of its content, forms and methods. The education of the leaders is not legislatively grounded yet and it is different in each organization. On the other side, supply of education is really wide. The leaders and their organizations are concerned with development of the leaders' education. Then the formal education of educator in free time is described, it is focused on the supply and the content of the education. There are mostly Bachelory degree programmes for educators in free time, while the Master degree programmes are exceptional. This paper concludes with the comparison of the both types of education and it deals with their weaknesses. The comparisons had resulted in the fact that the educators could work for more institutions, but leaders were better prepared for their organizations.
