Můžeme zde najít i kapitolu o úsměvu, nebo kapitolu zabývající se specifiky komunikace s pacienty se zavedenou tracheostomickou kanylou při vědomí. Druhou polovinu práce tvoří výzkumné šetření zaměřené na zjištění míry znalostí všeobecných sester v oblasti neverbální komunikace a využívání těchto znalostí v praxi. Zjištěné údaje byly kontrolovány pomocí výzkumného šetření mezi pacienty. Obě skupiny respondentů pocházely z lůžkových oddělení (KARIM, JIP) Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze.
The bachelor thesis discusses a communication and it's usage in a medical environment. A part of verbal communication is placed in this assignment, although the aim of the assignment is nonverbal communication. A chapter about the communication by smile is included. At the assignment there is also a chapter which deals with specifics of communication with conscious patients with tracheostomy cannula. The second part of the assignment is based on research examination focused on survey of nurses's knowledge degree in nonverbal communication area and usage of this information in profession. Searched information were controlled by research examination between patients. Both groups of patients were from KARIM and ICU departments of General Faculty Hospital in Prague.
