Druhou polovinu práce tvoří výzkumné šetření zaměřené na zjištění míry znalostí všeobecných sester v oblasti neverbální komunikace a využívání těchto znalostí v praxi. Zjištěné údaje byly kontrolovány pomocí výzkumného šetření mezi pacienty. Obě skupiny respondentů pocházely z lůžkových oddělení (KARIM, JIP) Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze. | cs_CZ |
