Postoj vybrané skupiny dospívajících dívek k autoritě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Postoj vybrané skupiny dospívajících dívek k autoritě " pojednává o problematice autority v domově mládeže (dále také DM). První část práce je zaměřena na ucelenější pohled na tuto problematiku. Především věnuji pozornost výchovným působením vychovatele a rodičů. Dále se zaměřuji na osobnost a roli vychovatele v domově mládeže a na specifickou skupinu dívek v období dospívání. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Zaměřen byl zejména na skutečné i požadované vlastnosti vychovatele a jeho charakteristiky. Dále práce hodnotí subjektivní pohled dívek, jak podle nich vychovatel nejlépe autority docílí, jak získá důvěru, co vidí za ztrátou vychovatelovy autority a co si představují pod různými pojmy souvisejícími s autoritou.

This thesis is concerned with a problem of authority in boarding houses. The first part of the thesis is focusing on a comprehensive insight of this problem in connection with pedagogice influence of educator and parents, the personality and the role of educator. It also focuses on girls in the period of pubescence. The second part of the thesis is practical. Here we present the results of the research, which was conducted by questionnaire enquiry. The questionnaire was directed mainly on actual and required qualities of the educator and his/her characteristics. It also aims on the subjective girls perspective of how the educator could attain the authority in the best possible way and how he/she could gain the trust. Furthermore, it enquires the possible causes for loss of the authority and more generally it asks after different terms related to the concept of authority.
