Supervize jako součást motivace v nestátní neziskové organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about motivation of workers in a non-profit and non-governmental organizations in Prague, that works with seniors. In the theoretical part I draw up my piece of knowledge about motivation and about supervision. In the practical part I drow up the results of probing.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem supervize na motivaci zaměstnanců nestátních neziskových organizací sídlících v Praze pracujících s cílovou skupinou senioři. V teoretické části práce shrnuji své poznatky na téma motivace a supervize, praktickou část tvoří výsledky vstupní sondy.
